No Bake Energy Bites

I love to make these and the kids love them. You can store them in the fridge for about a week {they usually don’t last that long though!}

{Ingredients}

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of raw honey
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract

{Directions}

  • Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • After the 30 minutes are done you can roll them into whatever size you’d like.

Store them in an air tight container in your refrigerator. This recipe will make 15 energy bites.
