Baked Chicken Breasts

This was really good! I was afraid that cooking it at 450 degrees would dry it out, but it didn’t at all. Super easy and quick dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (make sure they all have an even thickness)
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Pour olive oil into a baking dish. Coat both sides of chicken with the olive oil. Place chicken breasts side by side and make sure they are not overlapping.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the chicken and rub it in with your hands.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Then flip the chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until fully cooked.

I made broccoli and cheese to go with ours, but any side would work!
