Immunity Boosting Triple Berry Kiwi Smoothie

This was yummy. My youngest wanted it in a bowl so he could eat it like ice cream instead of drinking it like a smoothie.

*Ingredients*

-1 cup of frozen strawberries

-3/4 cup of frozen raspberries

-1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

-2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

-1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds

-1 cup of orange juice

*Directions*

-This is pretty simple. Throw everything into the blender and blend on high until smooth.
