Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole



-2 lbs of breakfast sausage

-1 (30-32 oz) bag of frozen hash browns

-1 tsp of salt

-1/2 tsp of black pepper

-1/4 tsp of garlic powder

-1/4 teaspoon of onion powder

-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

-8 eggs

-2 cups of milk


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-In a large skillet cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat and set aside.

-Add hash browns to the skillet with oil and cook until lightly brown. Place hash browns in the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13 inch pan. Top with sausage and cheese.

-Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk. Pour over hash brown mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
