-2 cans of thin crust refrigerated pizza dough

-2 containers of pizza sauce (this will include the extra for dipping)

-2 cups of pepperoni

-1 lb. of cooked and crumbled ground Italian sausage

-4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

–This makes 2. If you only want one then just cut the recipe in half.–

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with aluminum foil.

-Stretch each container of pizza dough out on each baking sheet. Top each one with 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, 1 cup of pepperoni, 1-2 cups of the ground Italian sausage, and up to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.

-Starting on one side, carefully roll the dough like a jelly roll. Slide it to the middle of the aluminum foil and make sure that the seam of the dough is on the bottom. Cut several diagonal slits into the top of the dough. Bake for 10-20 minutes until deep golden brown. (Check at the 10 minute mark.)

-Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
