Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

*Ingredients*

-4 lbs. of chicken breasts (approximately 6 chicken breasts)

-1/2 cup of chicken broth or water

-1 tsp. of fine sea salt

-1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper

*Directions*

-Add all the ingredients to the instant pot.

-Press the “meat” button which should be a total of 20 minutes.

-Once the pressure cooker time has finished, carefully turn the valve from “sealing” to “venting” to quick pressure release.

-Place the chicken in a bowl and use your hand or stand mixer to shred the chicken. Put 1 cup of chicken into a small Ziploc bag with a little bit of the chicken broth mixture that was left in the instant pot.

-Continue doing this until all of your chicken is gone. Place all of your bags into the freezer and it’s all ready to go the next time you need shredded chicken!
