Garlic Snap Peas

*Ingredients*

-8 oz. of fresh snap peas

-1/2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

-1 tsp. of minced garlic

-1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt

-1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper

*Directions*

-Start heating up your wok on the stove over low-medium heat.

-Mix everything together in a bowl.

-Pour it into your wok and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The time depends on how crunchy you want your snap peas. The longer you cook them the softer they’ll be.
