Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

*Ingredients*

-One rotisserie chicken

-6 1/2 cups of chicken broth

-16 oz. of baby carrots

-1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt

-1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper

-3 1/2 cups of egg noodles

*Directions*

-Pull the skin off of the rotisserie chicken and put it in the trash (or eat it!)

-Pull the chicken apart into bite sized pieces and cut your carrots into bite sized pieces.

-In a large pot add the chicken, chicken broth, carrots, sea salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.

-Turn the heat down and add your egg noodles and cook for 10-15 minutes or until your noodles are done.

Serve with crackers or french bread.
