Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins



-1/2 cup of butter

-1 cup of granulated sugar

-2 eggs

-1 tsp. of vanilla

-2 tsp. of baking powder

-1/4 tsp. of salt

-2 cups of all-purpose flour

-1 cup of milk

-2 1/2 cups of fresh blueberries

-decorative sugar


-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

-Put muffin liners in your pan. This recipe makes 12 large muffins.

-In a large bowl, mix your butter together until it’s creamy. Add your sugar and mix until it’s pale and fluffy.

-Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each time.

-Mix in vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix in your flour and milk.

-Fold in your blueberries. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and top with the decorative sugar.

-Cook for 15-20 minutes.
