Zesty Chicken Potato & Green Bean Bake



  • 3 boneless skinless breasts cut in half
  • 2 cans of green beans (drained)
  • 1/2 cup of Smart Balance butter (melted)
  • 1.5 lbs. of baby red potatoes
  • 1 packet of Zesty Italian dressing mix


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place aluminum foil in the bottom of an 11×13 pan. Place your chicken, potatoes, and green beans side by side.
  • Drizzle half of your butter over everything and sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning packet on everything. Then continue with the rest of the butter and then the rest of the seasoning.
  • Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the green beans and potatoes. Put the pan back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
