Baked Spaghetti



-1 box of angel hair pasta

-Homemade Alfredo sauce below or your choice of Alfredo sauce

-1 cup of shredded mozzarella sauce

-Frozen Italian meatballs

-25 oz. of marinara sauce

-Grated parmesan cheese

**Homemade Alfredo Sauce**

-1 pint of heavy cream

-2 tsp. of minced garlic

-1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper

-1/2 tsp. of salt

-4 tbsp. of butter

-4 oz. of cream cheese

-2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese


-Cook and strain your angel hair pasta, return to pot.

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your mini loaf pan. (I got mine from Amazon)

-In a separate pan bring heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a boil over medium heat.

-Add butter and cream cheese, stir until smooth. Continue cooking until it starts to boil. Mix in your shredded Parmesan cheese one cup at a time. Lower heat if you need to until everything is smooth. You can add milk if your sauce is too thick.

-Mix your Alfredo sauce with your pasta.

-Fill each of the mini loaves with your pasta and press down on top to pack it in. Sprinkle some of the shredded mozzarella on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

-While your spaghetti is cooking, heat the meatballs and marinara sauce.

-Once your pasta is done let it cool for 10-15 minutes before you transfer it to a plate. Top with the meatballs and marinara sauce.
