Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake



-2 17.5 oz. cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls, icing reserved

-non-stick cooking spray

-4 eggs

-1/3 cup of milk

-1 tbsp. of cinnamon

-1 tsp. of vanilla


-1/2 cup of powdered sugar

-2 containers of reserved icing

-2 tbsp. of cream cheese, softened

-1 tbsp. of milk


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Spray 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking oil.

-Remove cinnamon rolls from packages and cut them into fourths.

-Spread cinnamon rolls evenly in the pan.

-In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.

-Pour egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.

-Bake for 25-30 minutes. Make your icing during the last 5 minutes of the cooking time. Mix all of your icing ingredients together until everything is smooth. Pour your icing over your cinnamon rolls as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
