Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

*Ingredients*

-1 rack of pork ribs

-1 to 2 cups of BBQ sauce (we used Sweet Baby Ray’s)

**DRY RUB**

-1/2 cup of light brown sugar

-1 tbsp. of garlic powder

-1 tbsp. of onion powder

-1 tsp. of fine sea salt

-1 tbsp. of chili powder

-2 tsp. of ground cumin

-1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika

*Directions*

-Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

-In a small bowl mix dry rub and set it aside.

-Cut your ribs in half and remove the membrane from the back of them. Rinse your ribs off and pat them dry with paper towels.

-Spread the dry rub all over the ribs making sure to cover both sides. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

-Bake ribs for 2 hours. Once they are done open the aluminum foil and put your BBQ sauce all over your ribs. Broil ribs for 5 minutes.
