Lumpia

*Ingredients*

-1 tsp. of minced garlic

-1 lb. of ground beef

-1 cup of shredded carrots

-1 tbsp. of Bragg liquid aminos soy sauce alternative

-1 tsp. of fine sea salt

-1 tsp. of ground black pepper

-30 lumpia wrappers

*Directions*

-Cook garlic until fragrant and then add your ground beef.

-Once your ground beef is cooked halfway through add your carrots, liquid aminos, salt, and pepper.

-Strain your ground beef mixture once it’s cooked thoroughly.

-Put 1 in. of oil in your pan to fry the lumpia in and cook over medium/high heat.

-Add a spoonful of the mixture to each lumpia wrapper.

-Roll the wrapper (you can find directions online if you’re not sure how to do it) and cook until golden brown.
