Blueberry Pancakes


These only have 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar in them and it makes 7 pancakes! These are very versatile so if you don’t like blueberries you could always add chocolate chips or any other mix-in that you want.


  • 1 cup of unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. of white granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp. of butter,  melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk


  • Mix your flour, baking powder, sea salt, and sugar together.
  • Add your butter, egg, and milk. Mix everything until combined.
  • Spray your griddle with non-stick spray and cook your pancakes until they’re golden brown.
