Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, And Green Beans

{Ingredients}

  • 4 1/2 cups of red potatoes
  • 16 oz. of baby carrots
  • 16 oz. of fresh green beans
  • 4 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder

{Directions}

  • Cut your potatoes up {put them in cold water if you’re not going to use them right away. This will keep them from turning brown.}
  • Line a pan with aluminum foil. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl add your potatoes and carrots. Pour 3 tbsp. of olive oil over them and mix well. Add 1 tsp. of fine sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder and mix everything until combined.
  • Cook your potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl mix your green beans, 1 tbsp. of olive oil, 1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder together.
  • Add them to your pan and mix well. Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
