Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

This was a little bitter so make sure you adjust the sweetness to your liking 🙂

{Ingredients}

  • 1 1/2-2 cups of dairy free milk
  • 1 cup of dairy free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups of blueberries {I used frozen, but you can use fresh as well}
  • 1 1/2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp. of honey
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 2 bananas

{Directions}

  • Add everything to your blender and mix until smooth. This made enough for three servings.
