Sausage & Potato Foil Pack

I made mine on our Traeger grill because I am addicted to our smoker, but you can make these in your oven as well. If you use your Traeger make sure you get the Hickory Smoked wood pellets!

  • 12 oz. smoked sausage
  • 4 1/2 cups of red potatoes {Cut into bite-sized pieces}
  • 16 oz. of fresh green beans
  • 4 pieces of corn on the cob {Cut into 3 or 4 pieces}
  • 2 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 4-6 tbsp. of butter {I use Smart Balance}
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Aluminum foil

  • Cut your sausage, potatoes, and corn into the sizes that you want.
  • Preheat your Traeger or your oven to 375 degrees.
  • Put your sausage, potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob, and minced garlic into a large container {like mine above} and mix everything up.
  • In a small bowl mix up the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper. Pour over everything in your bowl and mix until everything is combined.
  • Get 4-6 sheets of aluminum foil, but only wrap it in one sheet or the contents won’t cook correctly. Spray your aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Scoop some of the mixture into your aluminum foil and top it with 1 tbsp. of butter. Make sure all of the sides are closed when you fold it up.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes.
