Dairy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream

When the weather is nice it’s time for homemade dairy free chocolate peanut butter “nice” cream 🍦my youngest wanted his in a cone and I put mine in a bowl and topped it with @hersheys simply 5 chocolate syrup. My oldest said next time I should add mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs to turn it into s’mores “nice” cream 🍫

{Ingredients}

  • 4 ripe bananas {frozen} The more ripe they are the more you’ll taste the banana flavor. I don’t like an overbearing banana flavor so I didn’t wait until they were all the way brown.
  • 1/4 cup of JIF Natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. of fine sea salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of dairy free milk {start with 1/2 cup and add more as needed}
  • 2 tbsp. of dairy free mini chocolate chips {I use Enjoy Life}
  • Mini marshmallows {Optional}
  • Graham cracker crumbs {Optional}

{Directions}

  • Add everything into your blender except for your chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour it into a freezer safe container. Add your mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs and mix until everything is combined. Freeze overnight.
  • {I have not tried the marshmallows and graham crackers yet, but next time I’m going to.}
  • Once you’re ready to eat it take it out of the freezer and let it thaw out on the counter for 15-20 minutes.
  • Store in freezer.
