Philly Cheese Steak Subs


  • 1 lb. of steak, thin sliced
  • 1 tbsp. of canola oil
  • 2 tsp. of garlic pepper
  • 2 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced {Ones with 3 bumps are the best for cooking with}
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 french loaf (You could also do small sub rolls)
  • 2 tbsp. of Smart Balance butter
  • 8 oz. of provolone cheese slices


  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Heat canola oil in a pan. In a bowl mix together worcestershire sauce, garlic pepper, and minced garlic. Add steak, bell pepper, and onion to your pan and pour your worcestershire mix over everything.
  • Cook until meat is cooked to your liking. Put butter on the French loaf and top with the meat and cheese. Cook in the oven until the cheese has melted.
