Apple Nachos

{Ingredients}

  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter {melted}
  • Love Crunch Chocolate Macaroon granola
  • Dairy free mini chocolate chips

{Directions}

  • Cut apples into bite-sized pieces and melt your peanut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
  • Pour peanut butter over your apples.
  • Top with granola and mini chocolate chips.

You can leave out the granola and just use unsweetened coconut flakes instead.
