Instant Pot Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches

{Ingredients}

  • 2 green peppers {sliced} {the ones with 3 bumps are best for cooking with. 4 bumps are best for eating raw}
  • 1 yellow onion {sliced}
  • 1 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of thin sliced steak {I usually use the stir fry steak that’s already cut up}
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. of beef bouillon granules
  • 1 cup of water
  • Smart Balance butter
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Hoagie rolls

{Directions}

  • Place all of your ingredients into your instant pot and mix well. {except for your cheese and rolls}
  • Set your manual timer to 25 minutes.
  • Once it’s done let it naturally depressurize for 10 minutes.
  • Set your oven to 425 degrees and put your butter on your rolls and cook them for 5 minutes.
  • Add meat to your hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese slices.
  • Cook in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
