Cinnamon Honey Peaches And Cherries


  • 10-15 fresh cherries {pitted}
  • 2 fresh peaches {cut into bite-sized pieces}
  • 2 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of Smart Balance Butter {I use the one with flax seed oil}
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream {I use Breyer’s}


  • Add honey, butter, and cinnamon to a non-stick pot.
  • Cook over low-medium heat until everything is melted and combined.
  • Add fruit to a non-stick pan and pour melted honey mix over everything.
  • Cook over low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir every few minutes so your fruit doesn’t stick to the pan.
  • Remove from heat once sauce starts to thicken.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with ice cream.
  • Enjoy immediately!
