Lasagna Roll Ups

{Ingredients}

  • 10 lasagna noodles
  • 1 container of ricotta cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. of ground beef
  • 2 jars of spaghetti sauce {I used Prego Lower-Sodium Traditional}

{Directions}

  • Boil water for your noodles.
  • While your water is warming up cook your ground beef until no longer pink.
  • Make your noodles according to your package.
  • Strain your grease and return ground beef to pan and add your sauce.
  • Cook your sauce mixture for 10 minutes.

{This is where it gets REALLY messy!}

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Take one lasagna noodle and lay it flat. I made half with ricotta cheese and half without.
  • If you’re using ricotta cheese then add this to your lasagna noodle first, then add spoonfuls of your sauce mix, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Roll your lasagna noodle tightly and push it to the side in your pan so you can add more alongside it.
  • If you’re not using ricotta cheese then follow the same steps, but skip adding that.
  • Continue doing this for all of your noodles.
  • Once you’re done making your roll ups top them with more sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook them for 15-20 minutes or until your cheese is melted and golden.
