Instant Pot BBQ Chicken


  • 2 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. of smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp. of light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper


  • Add chicken to your instant pot.
  • In a bowl whisk together the BBQ sauce, paprika, brown sugar, and ground black pepper.
  • Pour the mix over your chicken.
  • Lock your lid and set your instant pot to “manual” for 10 minutes.
  • When the 10 minutes are done do a quick release.
  • While the steam is releasing turn the broiler on in your oven.
  • Line a pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Use tongs to remove your chicken from your instant pot and place them onto your pan.
  • Add the BBQ sauce to the top of your chicken and cook them under the broiler for 10 minutes.
