Beef Enchilada Dip

{Ingredients}

  • 1 lb. of ground beef
  • 1 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 20 oz. of Old El Paso red enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips

{Directions}

  • Add your minced garlic and ground beef to your non-stick skillet. Cook your ground beef until no longer pink. Strain grease and return meat to pan.
  • Add enchilada sauce to meat and stir until combined. Cook mixture over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees while your mixture is cooking.
  • Line a 9×13 in. pan with aluminum foil and pour mixture into pan. Top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
