Oreo Rice Krispies

{Ingredients}

  • 5 tbsp. of Smart Balance butter
  • 9 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
  • 16 Oreo cookies {crushed} {I put ours in my food processor}
  • 1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt
  • Aluminum foil or parchment paper

{Directions}

  • In a large bowl mix together the cereal, crushed Oreos, and one cup of mini marshmallows.
  • Melt your butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the remaining 8 cups of mini marshmallows and salt. Stir everything until it’s all melted together.
  • Pour the melted butter and marshmallow mixture over the cereal mix and gently stir with a spoon until everything is combined.
  • Spread the mix into a lined 9×13 in. pan and press gently to flatten the top.
  • Allow your Rice Krispies to cool in the pan for 30-45 minutes before slicing and serving.
