BBQ Cups



  • 2 packages of refrigerated biscuits
  • 18 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
  • 1 lb. of ground turkey
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Muffin pan
  • Non-stick cooking spray


  • Cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
  • Preheat your oven for your biscuits.
  • Add BBQ sauce to your ground turkey, stir to combine everything, and cook on low until sauce thickens.
  • Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray or use a silicone pan.
  • Add biscuits to your pan and push a circle into the middle of them.
  • Add a spoonful of BBQ mixture to your biscuits and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
