Hamburger Casserole


• 1 lb. of pasta shells

• 1 lb. of ground beef

• 10 oz can of tomato soup {x2}

• 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

• Garlic powder and ground black pepper


• Boil water for noodles.

• Cook ground beef until browned and strain grease.

• Cook noodles al dente.

• Return ground beef to pan and add in both cans of tomato soup, seasonings, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

• Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

• Mix noodles with sauce mix until evenly coated.

• Line a 9×11 pan with aluminum foil {for easy cleanup} and pour mixture into pan.

• Top with remaining cheese and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
