Chicken Parmesan

{Ingredients}⠀

• 1/3 cup of Panko Italian style breadcrumbs⠀

• 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese⠀

• 1/4 tsp. of garlic salt⠀

• 1 large egg⠀

• 4 THIN boneless skinless chicken breasts⠀

• Avocado oil (you will start with 1 tbsp and add more as needed)⠀

• Prego spaghetti sauce⠀

• Shredded mozzarella cheese⠀

• 1/2 lb. of whole wheat noodles or veggie noodles ⠀

{Directions}⠀

• Boil water for noodles. Put spaghetti sauce in a saucepan on the stove. {Do not heat the sauce up yet}⠀

• In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. ⠀

• In another bowl whisk your egg. ⠀

• Put each piece of chicken into the whisked egg to coat it fully and then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture. ⠀

{You can cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces and then bread them or you can use the whole piece of chicken}⠀

• Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. ⠀

• While the chicken is cooking, add your noodles to your water and cook for 8-10 minutes.

• Warm up your sauce.

• Once everything is cooked you can add mozzarella cheese to the top of your chicken. ⠀
