Instant Pot Potatoes

{Ingredients}

• 1.5 lb of baby potatoes

• 1 1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth

• 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper

• 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

• 1/4 tsp of oregano

• 2 tbsp of smart balance butter

{Directions}

• Put your potatoes and low-sodium chicken broth in your instant pot.

• Cook for 5 minutes and then do a quick release.

• Strain potatoes and return them to your instant pot.

• Add butter and seasonings immediately and stir until everything is combined.
