Beef Stroganoff

How do you feel about beef stroganoff? ⠀

My kids devour it! ⠀

✨ Ingredients ✨⠀

• 4 1/2 cups of egg noodles⠀

• 1 lb. of ground beef⠀

• 2 cups of low-sodium beef broth⠀

• 2 cups of dairy free 2% Lactaid⠀

• 2-3 tsp. of beef bouillon granules ⠀

• 2-3 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce⠀

• 2 tbsp. of unbleached all-purpose flour⠀

• 1/4 tsp. of ground pepper⠀

✨ Directions ✨⠀

• Cook noodles as you normally would.⠀

• In a large pan over medium heat cook ground beef until it’s no longer pink.⠀

• Strain grease from the ground beef. Do not return it to your pan yet. ⠀

• Add beef broth, 1 1/2 cups of milk, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper to your pan. In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining milk and the flour, add to your pan. Cook over medium to medium/high heat for 10 minutes.⠀

• Return hamburger to the pan and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.⠀

• Mix the noodles into the sauce and remove the pan from the heat. Let cool for 10 minutes so the sauce can thicken.⠀

Serve with a salad or French bread 🥗 🥖
