Dairy Free Alfredo

✨ Dairy Free Alfredo ✨

• 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil

• 2 tsp of minced garlic

• 1 lb of fettuccine noodles {Or any noodles of your choice. You can even use veggie or protein noodles!}

• 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning

• 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper

• 3-4 cups of 2% Lactaid {start with 3 cups and add more if needed}

• 3-4 cups of low-sodium chicken broth {start with 3 cups}

✨ Directions ✨

• In a large pan that’s deep enough for the noodles to be submerged in add avocado oil and minced garlic.

• Cook on low until fragrant.

• Add all remaining ingredients and cover with lid.

• Turn heat between low-medium, cook for 10 minutes, and then stir.

• Turn heat to low or turn off completely if your noodles are done and let it sit for 10 more minutes.

• Sauce will thicken as it cools.

Serve with breadsticks and a salad 🥗
